(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) -- The Colorado Rockies brought their fire power Monday night at Salt River Fields in an 18-4 drubbing of the Cleveland Indians.

The Rockies lit up Tribe right-hander Brett Myers who only pitched 3.1 innings and gave up 10 runs on 14 hits. Colorado got on the board in the second inning when Chris Nelson belted a three-run homer off the right-hander.

The Nelson homer was followed up by a Josh Rutledge RBI-double and a Carlos Gonzalez RBI-single.

Jason Kipnis had an RBI-single, but it wouldn't be nearly enough. Indians LHP Rich Hill, RHP Joe Smith and RHP Matt Albers all allowed runs after Myers left the contest.

11,469 fans watched the game, a sellout at Salt River Fields.

The Tribe is now 16-12-2 in Cactus League exhibition play. The Indians return to spring training action on Tuesday afternoon at Goodyear Ballpark when they host the Oakland Athletics.
