(Cleveland) -- Secret Service agents are investigating the discovery of counterfeit money at some Cleveland businesses.

Someone has been passing fake 50- and 100-dollar bills at restaurants and stores, and getting away before the phony money is detected.

The Secret Service says the bogus bills are apparently smaller denominations that are bleached and reprinted, a scheme often detected by viewing the bills' watermark through a bright light.
