(Oberlin) -- An Amherst man is under arrest for OVI, but what makes the story unusual is what he was carrying with him.

Oberlin Police say that when they pulled over 36-year-old Gregory Bramwell on suspicion of driving under the influence on Sept. 3, he was carrying in his pocket a prescription pill bottle filled with urine.

Bramwell told police he always carries a bottle of urine, in case he needs it. Oberlin police later found the urine came from a friend of Bramwell, and that Bramwell was carrying it since he smokes marijuana, and doesn't want to fail a urine test.

The police report says Bramwell didn’t say where he was going to take a urine test.
