Coming up this week in Cleveland The Indians play the White Sox tomorrow, Walnut Wednesday kicks off at Perk Plaza, Flat Out Friday happens at the East Bank of the Flats and Indie band MGMT plays the Masonic Auditorium on Saturday.

Go see Poet Neil Hilborn tonight at the Beachland Ballroom. He claims to be the “most watched poet ever” and he brings his 2019 Endless Bummer Tour onstage tonight at 8. Or go see Million Dollar Quartet produced by The Great Lakes Theater. It’s a recreation of the famous jam session involving Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis & Johnny Cash. It starts at 3 today at the Hanna Theater.

Monday May 6

Go check out Todd Rundgren tonight at the Ohio Theater. Limited tickets are still available for the second night of his Individualist Tour which takes the stage tonight at 7:30. Or catch a movie on the cheap at a participating Cleveland Cinemas Theater today. They'll have $5 movie tickets and discounted concession items too.

Celebrate spring at the House Of Blues this evening. They are doing a Pack The Patio Party from 5-7 today to celebrate their recent venue renovations with samples from their menu, ticket giveaways and more. Or cheer on The Indians tonight as they start a 4-game series against the Chicago White Sox tonight at Progressive Field. First pitch is at 6:10.

If you’re into Acoustic Guitars, then go see the California Guitar Trio & Montreal Guitar Trio together inside the Music Box Supper Club tonight. They do a mix of rock, classical, jazz and more and the show starts at 7:30. Or make your Friday plans now to hit Walkabout Tremont. The theme this month is Spring Fling and you can check out some of the best Tremont restaurants, featured art openings, live music and more Friday night from 5-10.

Make your lunch plans to hit Truck Stop Tuesday over at Crocker Park. Some of Cleveland’s best local food trucks will be doling out the goods from 11 to 2 today. Can’t make that today? Then make your lunch plans tomorrow to hit Walnut Wednesday produced by the Downtown Cleveland Alliance over at Perk Plaza at Chester Commons. It’s the first event of the year at that location where food trucks will be on hand from 11 to 1:30.

Or go see a hilarious new play called Native Gardens. It centers on two neighbors in a dispute over a fence and the explosive results as two cultures clash. It starts at 7:30 tonight at the Allen Theater. Or make your weekend plans now to hit Flat Out Friday over at the East Bank of The Flats. There will be live entertainment from Carlos Jones and other outdoor entertainment starting at 7 Friday night.

Cheer on The Indians tonight as they play game 3 of their 4-game series against the Chicago White Sox tonight at Progressive Field. First pitch is at 6:10. Or head to the Music Box Supper Club for Cleveland Stories Dinner Parties. Tonight’s guest is Chris Ronayne, the president of University Circle Incorporated and he’ll talk about the city’s rise, fall and subsequent rise again tonight starting at 7.

Thursday May 9

If you want to enjoy the music of the Eagles without the long wait, had down to Music Box Supper Club. Eaglemania, dubbed as “The World’s Greatest Eagles Tribute” will be taking the stage tonight at 7:30. Or get a musical history lesson in over at the Near West Theater. They are putting on a local production of the stage musical 1776. It starts at 7:30 tonight.

Get some laughs in tonight with Ari Shaffir. The comic has had his own specials on Netflix and Comedy Central and has described his comedy as a puppet show but without the puppets and way filthier. Catch him tonight at 7 inside Hilarities with shows throughout the weekend. Or go see English singer-songwriter Frank Turner as he hits the Cleveland Agora tonight also at 7.

Friday May 10

Get out tonight and head down to Flat Out Friday over at the East Bank of The Flats. There will be live music from Carlos Jones and other outdoor entertainment starting at 7 tonight. Or you can hit Walkabout Tremont. The theme this month is Spring Fling and you can check out some of the best Tremont restaurants, featured art openings, live music and more tonight from 5-10.

Grab some laughs tonight with comedian Rob Little. He’s an ex-IBM programmer who quit his gig to do comedy. The self-deprecating comic has two DVD’s under his belt and he’ll be onstage tonight for two shows, one at 7 and the other at 9:30 inside MGM Northfield Park’s Neon Room. Or channel your inner artist and go to Fat Head’s Brewery in Middleburg Heights. They have an event called The Bob Ross Experience and it takes inspiration from the PBS show featuring Bob Ross. Your ticket covers supplies, a drink ticket and a Bob Ross Wig. It goes from 7-9 tonight with proceeds helping the A Special Wish Foundation.

Saturday May 11

Lake Take 1

If you want to take in the latest and greatest among Cleveland’s Electronic Music scene, then you’ll want to catch Revive: Electronic Music & Art & Awareness. From 11am to midnight, there will be two stages of local electronic music as well as art displays and more. It all happens at Hart Crane Memorial Park downtown. Or head out to Euclid for the Local Community Bazaar. Over 20 local vendors will be on hand selling everything from baked goods to jewelry, antiques, clothing and more. It goes from 4-8 today at the Shore Culture Center.
