Coming up this week in Cleveland, The Black Keys play the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse tomorrow night, Jurassic World comes to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Thursday, The Cleveland Museum Of Art’s monthly MIX event is on Friday and Goblins In The Garden happens at the Holden Arboretum on Saturday.

Get out to the Tremont Arts And Cultural Festival. There will be more than 130 vendors with art, jewelry and more along with food, drink, live music and a children’s village. It takes place in Tremont’s Lincoln Park today from noon to 5. Or get in the Fall spirit, even if it may not feel like it today, and bring the family to Pumpkin Pandemonium at Heritage Farms Peninsula. There’s a Harvest Maze, scavenger hunt, hayrides and more today from noon to 5. Can’t make it today? It goes to the end of the month.

Go see Akron’s finest duo, The Black Keys, tonight down at the newly christened Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Indie rockers Modest Mouse open the show and the music starts tonight at 7. Or make plans Thursday to hit A Taste In Strongsville. Presented by Strongsville Rotary Foundation, the event will feature sample food from 25 local restaurants as well as wine and craft beer tastings. It happens from 6:30 to 9:30 at Petitti’s Garden Center in Strongsville.

Head out to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium today. It’s the final day of their September Scratch Off Savings Days. Just present a non-winning Ohio Lottery Scratch Off ticket and get 5 bucks off admission today from 10 to 4. Or you can get an intimate look at some of Cleveland’s greatest buildings downtown with the Cleveland From The Inside Walking Tour. It happens today down in Public Square from 1-3.

Grab some laughs tonight at Brothers Lounge on the west side for their Back Room Comedy Show. Local comedian John Bruton will headline a whole host of comics and the jokes get started at 7:30 tonight. Or if you’re up for some hard and heavy rock, get down to House Of Blues tonight for Black Label Society. There will be 2 openers and the music starts at 6:30 tonight.

Go see a new stage production starts tonight called Into The Breeches. Presented by the Cleveland Playhouse, it’s a comedy centering around a group of women, with little stage experience, who are determined to put on an all-female version of Shakespeare’s Henry the 4th and 5th. It starts tonight at 7 inside the Allen Theater. Or make your weekend plans now to catch Goblins In The Garden over at the Holden Arboretum. Trick or treat through the decorated gardens, mazes and scarecrow displays. There will be a petting zoo and also a beer garden for the adults. It happens from 10 to 4 Saturday and Sunday.

Head over to the Cleveland Museum Of Art for their new exhibit called Medieval Monsters: Terrors, Aliens, Wonders. The exhibit focuses on the complex role that monsters played in Medieval society. It goes from 10 to 9 today.Or if you’re a fan of Genesis’s early music, then go see original Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett as he performs selections from the band’s early material as well as solo work of his own. The show starts at 7:30 tonight down at the Masonic Auditorium.

If you’re over in University Circle this evening, drop by the Cleveland Museum of Art for their Chamber Music In The Galleries event. It features mixed programs of chamber music and it’s free starting at 6. Or enjoy some spooky storytelling as local author D. M. Pulley discusses her book A Haunted Mansion: No One’s Home. She’ll share the dark tale of a mansion haunted by tragedy and family lies. The storytelling starts at 7 tonight.

Thursday October 3

Go see some comedy tonight down at Hilarities with John Heffron. The energetic comedian talks of his experiences from childhood all the way though his current married life and being a father. He’ll take the stage at 7 tonight with shows through the weekend. Or get down to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse for Jurassic World. It’s a production featuring more than 24 film-accurate dinosaurs including some that are more than 40 feet in length. It’s a live experience unlike any other and it starts tonight at 7.

Get out tonight and check out A Taste In Strongsville. Presented by Strongsville Rotary Foundation, the event will feature sample food from 25 local restaurants as well as wine and craft beer tastings. It happens from 6:30 to 9:30 at Petitti’s Garden Center in Strongsville. Or if you want to do a little fall-themed drinking, head to Market Garden Brewery for their 8th Annual Pumpkin Beer Fest. They will be tapping 5 different local Pumpkin beers and ales tonight starting at 4:30 and will go, well…until everyone turns into a pumpkin.

Get out and attend The Cleveland Museum Of Art’s monthly MIX event. The theme this month is Anatomy, with exhibits from legendary Italian artist Michelangelo, focusing on his fascination with figure drawing. There will be a guest DJ on hand and it goes from 6 to 10 tonight. Or head to the Near West Theater on Detroit Avenue to catch a local production of The Addams Family, just in time for the Halloween season. It starts tonight at 7:30.

Grab some laughs tonight down at the Cleveland Improv with comedian Bill Bellamy. Known for coining the phrase, Booty Call, this 30-year veteran has been all over the place from regular appearances on Chelsea Lately to currently hosting his own TV show called Who’s Got Jokes. He’ll be onstage at 7:30 tonight with shows through the weekend. Or go see Cleveland Pops: The Texas Tenors down at Severance Hall. The tenors got their start on America’s Got Talent and are celebrating their 10th Anniversary. The show starts tonight at 8.

Saturday October 5

Lake Take 1

Go see a live stage production of Shakespeare’s classic play Julius Caesar down at Playhouse Square. Presented by Great Lakes Theater, the politically-charged drama starts tonight at 7:30 inside the Hanna Theater. Or take in some comedy tonight with funnyman Lewis Black. He’s been known to rant on everything from social media to current events and politics and he’ll get onstage tonight at 8 down at MGM Northfield Park.

Cleveland’s best food trucks will line up to see who will be the crowned the Food Truck Champion. There will be live music from Billy Morris and The Sunset Strip and the event goes from 11 to 4 today.
